Instructions for use
1) Click on the download link for the required support portal
2) When asked if you want to "open/run" or save the program, select "open/run".
3) Click Yes or I accept on any security warnings that appear
4) You will now see the support portal on screen, click connect when instructed to do so by your advisor.
Secure and Safe
The Whitebarn Support portal is secure and safe, all information transmitted between you and the technician you are working with is encrypted. You can monitor the activity on your machine at all times; and access to your machine will only be granted once you agree. As soon as you close the support portal program the remote connection is terminated.
